British Cheese Awards Bronze Medal

Our Head Cheese Maker Dudley Martin has done it again! For the second year running Dudley has won an award at the British Cheese Awards. This time it is for his Bromfield Priory Reserve, a spectacular cheese that retains the crumbly texture of our Bromfield Priory but has a stronger taste because it is aged for 6 months.

Dudley collects milk from High Walton Farm on our own estate every morning to use in his cheese making. The flavour of his cheese changes with the seasons due to the diet our Friesian-Holstein cows have throughout the year so you can expect creaminess in autumn and grassy notes in springs.
