Darren Marsh the Food Centre's Jam maker said "Having spent the whole of February peeling, chopping and slicing Seville oranges for marmalade I am delighted our team have received this accolade. Especially on top of the 3 Gold awards we received at the Great Taste awards last year for our jams and pickles."

Sandy Boyd, Managing Director added "It goes to show that by keeping the ingredients fresh and seasonal and by making products simply, in small batches we can produce world class products. We have had a number of trade enquiries as a result of our success which I hope will result in some worthwhile wholesale orders".
