Our Head Butcher, John Brereton and our Restaurant Manager, Ben Crouch hosted a wonderful evening at Ludlow Kitchen on Friday November 15th. Butchery Night was a firm favourite with over 40 diners enjoying our estate reared meat. John had beef, Gloucester Old Spot pork and venison in his counter and diners could choose how much they wanted. The Ludlow Kitchen team led by, Head Chef, Damien McNamara then cooked their choice to perfection.
